With over three decades of experience, he has successfully founded and operated multiple thriving businesses across various sectors, including Commercial & Residential Real Estate acquisition and management, Land Development and Construction, Retail & service businesses including Re-upholstery, Salons & Bars/Restaurants among others. His real estate portfolio encompasses residential, vacation, commercial, and land holdings valued at multimillion dollar. As a 34-year charter member of Cary MacGregor Rotary, Peterson is deeply committed to community service and civic engagement. Beyond his business acumen, he is an accomplished age group athlete, having completed eight Boston Marathons and numerous Iron-man, Spartan races, and too many other running races to count. In addition Jeff is an avid outdoorsman enjoying bow-hunting, deep sea fishing, and pleasure boating. Peterson divides his time between Cary and Surf City, NC, where he continues to pursue new business ventures while enjoying coastal living with his family.
